اسلامی کاسل (Islamic Castle) پاکستان میں قائم ایک آن لائن ریٹیل اسٹور ہے۔ ہماری ویب سائٹ islamiccastle.com.pk استعمال کرنے، اکاؤنٹ بنانے یا ہماری ویب سائٹ کے ذریعے آرڈر دینے سے آپ ان شرائط و ضوابط کو پڑھنے اور ان کی پابندی کرنے سے اتفاق کرتے ہیں۔
براہ کرم آرڈر دینے سے پہلے ان شرائط کو غور سے پڑھیں۔ یہ شرائط ہماری ویب سائٹ پر فروخت ہونے والی مصنوعات، آرڈر، ادائیگی، ڈیلیوری، کسٹمر اکاؤنٹس، واپسی، ریفنڈ اور دیگر متعلقہ معاملات پر لاگو ہوتی ہیں۔
1۔ ان شرائط میں استعمال ہونے والی اصطلاحات
ان شرائط میں:
- “اسلامی کاسل”، “ہم”، “ہمیں” یا “ہمارا” سے مراد Islamic Castle ہے۔
- “صارف”، “آپ” یا “آپ کا” سے مراد ویب سائٹ استعمال کرنے والا یا ہماری مصنوعات خریدنے والا شخص ہے۔
- “ویب سائٹ” سے مراد islamiccastle.com.pk ہے۔
- “مصنوعات” سے مراد ہماری ویب سائٹ پر فروخت کے لیے پیش کی جانے والی اشیاء ہیں۔
- “آرڈر” سے مراد صارف کی جانب سے کسی پروڈکٹ یا مصنوعات کی خریداری کی درخواست ہے۔
2۔ ویب سائٹ کا استعمال
آپ ویب سائٹ کو صرف جائز مقاصد کے لیے استعمال کر سکتے ہیں۔ آپ ویب سائٹ، اس کے اکاؤنٹ سسٹم یا کسی بھی متعلقہ سروس کو دھوکہ دہی، غلط معلومات، غیر مجاز رسائی، نقصان پہنچانے، سیکیورٹی میں مداخلت یا کسی غیر قانونی مقصد کے لیے استعمال نہیں کر سکتے۔
ہمیں حق حاصل ہے کہ غلط، مشکوک، جعلی یا غیر معمولی سرگرمی والے آرڈرز یا اکاؤنٹس کی جانچ کریں، محدود کریں یا منسوخ کریں۔
3۔ اکاؤنٹ اور گیسٹ آرڈر
آپ اسلامی کاسل پر کسٹمر اکاؤنٹ بنا سکتے ہیں یا دستیاب ہونے کی صورت میں بطور گیسٹ آرڈر دے سکتے ہیں۔ اکاؤنٹ بنانے کے لیے بنیادی معلومات جیسے نام، ای میل، رابطہ نمبر اور پاس ورڈ درکار ہو سکتے ہیں۔
آپ اپنے اکاؤنٹ کی لاگ اِن معلومات اور پاس ورڈ کو محفوظ رکھنے کے ذمہ دار ہیں۔ اپنے اکاؤنٹ کے ذریعے ہونے والی سرگرمی کے بارے میں ہمیں فوراً اطلاع دیں اگر آپ کو غیر مجاز استعمال کا شبہ ہو۔
مستقبل میں ہم Apple، Google/Android، Facebook یا دیگر معروف تھرڈ پارٹی سروسز کے ذریعے لاگ اِن یا تصدیق کی سہولت متعارف کرا سکتے ہیں۔ ایسی صورت میں متعلقہ سروس کی اپنی شرائط و پرائیویسی پالیسی بھی لاگو ہو سکتی ہے۔
4۔ مصنوعات کی معلومات
ہم اپنی مصنوعات کی تصاویر، تفصیلات، سائز، رنگ، مواد، مقدار اور دیگر معلومات کو درست رکھنے کی حتی الامکان کوشش کرتے ہیں۔ تاہم، اسکرین، روشنی، فوٹوگرافی، براؤزر یا ڈیوائس کی سیٹنگز کی وجہ سے رنگ یا ظاہری شکل میں معمولی فرق ہو سکتا ہے۔
ہاتھ سے تیار، قدرتی، قدیم، روایتی، کپڑے، لکڑی، پتھر، موتی، چاندی یا دیگر قدرتی/دستکاری مصنوعات میں معمولی فرق، ساخت، رنگ، نشان، شکل یا فنش کا مختلف ہونا ممکن ہے۔ ایسا معمولی فرق لازماً خرابی یا غلط پروڈکٹ نہیں سمجھا جائے گا۔
ویب سائٹ پر موجود تصاویر بعض اوقات مصنوعات کی نمائندگی یا انداز دکھانے کے لیے ہوتی ہیں۔ اصل مصنوعات میں معمولی ظاہری فرق ممکن ہے۔
5۔ قیمتیں، اسٹاک اور مصنوعات کی دستیابی
ویب سائٹ پر درج قیمتیں وقتاً فوقتاً تبدیل ہو سکتی ہیں۔ قیمت میں تبدیلی اس آرڈر پر اثر انداز نہیں ہوگی جسے ہم پہلے ہی قبول کر چکے ہوں، سوائے اس صورت کے جب کسی واضح تکنیکی یا انسانی غلطی کی وجہ سے قیمت ظاہر ہوئی ہو۔
مصنوعات کی دستیابی اسٹاک، سپلائی، تیاری، سائز، رنگ اور دیگر عوامل پر منحصر ہے۔ ویب سائٹ پر کسی پروڈکٹ کا ظاہر ہونا ہمیشہ اس بات کی ضمانت نہیں کہ وہ ہر وقت دستیاب ہوگی۔
اگر کسی آرڈر کے بعد ہمیں معلوم ہو کہ مطلوبہ پروڈکٹ دستیاب نہیں یا فراہم کرنا ممکن نہیں تو ہم کسٹمر سے رابطہ کر سکتے ہیں اور مناسب صورت میں آرڈر منسوخ کر کے موصول شدہ رقم واپس کر سکتے ہیں۔
6۔ آرڈر دینے اور تصدیق کا عمل
ویب سائٹ پر آرڈر جمع کروانا مصنوعات خریدنے کی درخواست ہے۔ آرڈر موصول ہونے کے بعد اسلامی کاسل کو آرڈر کی تصدیق، معلومات کی جانچ اور دستیابی چیک کرنے کا حق حاصل ہے۔
ہم آرڈر کی تصدیق کے لیے فون، WhatsApp یا ای میل کے ذریعے آپ سے رابطہ کر سکتے ہیں۔ اگر کسٹمر سے مناسب کوشش کے باوجود رابطہ نہ ہو سکے، آرڈر کی تصدیق نہ ہو، معلومات مشکوک یا نامکمل ہوں، یا کسی اور جائز وجہ سے آرڈر کی تکمیل ممکن نہ ہو تو اسلامی کاسل آرڈر منسوخ کر سکتا ہے۔
آرڈر کی رسید، confirmation، tracking number یا دیگر خودکار پیغام کا موصول ہونا لازماً اس بات کی ضمانت نہیں کہ ہر صورت میں آرڈر مکمل طور پر منظور ہو گیا ہے۔ حتمی تکمیل دستیابی، تصدیق اور عملی حالات کے مطابق ہوگی۔
ہم آرڈر ڈسپیچ ہونے کے بعد مناسب صورت میں کسٹمر کو ٹریکنگ نمبر اور آرڈر کی صورتحال سے متعلق معلومات فراہم کر سکتے ہیں۔
7۔ کیش آن ڈیلیوری (COD)
پاکستان میں دستیاب آرڈرز کے لیے Cash on Delivery (COD) ایک دستیاب ادائیگی کا طریقہ ہو سکتا ہے۔ COD کی دستیابی ہر علاقے، آرڈر اور کورئیر سروس کے مطابق مختلف ہو سکتی ہے۔
کسٹمر کو آرڈر وصول کرتے وقت متعلقہ رقم ادا کرنے کے لیے تیار ہونا چاہیے۔
جان بوجھ کر آرڈر وصول نہ کرنا، غلط فون نمبر یا پتہ فراہم کرنا، بار بار آرڈر کر کے وصول نہ کرنا یا غیر ضروری طور پر COD پارسل واپس کروانا اسلامی کاسل کے لیے نقصان اور اضافی اخراجات کا باعث بن سکتا ہے۔
ایسی صورتوں میں اسلامی کاسل کو مستقبل کے COD آرڈرز محدود کرنے، COD کی سہولت ختم کرنے یا مستقبل کے آرڈر کے لیے پیشگی ادائیگی طلب کرنے کا حق حاصل ہے۔
8۔ مستقبل کے ادائیگی کے طریقے
اسلامی کاسل مستقبل میں کریڈٹ/ڈیبٹ کارڈ، آن لائن بینکنگ، موبائل والٹ یا دیگر ادائیگی کے طریقے متعارف کرا سکتا ہے۔ ہر ادائیگی کا طریقہ متعلقہ ادائیگی فراہم کنندہ کی شرائط اور دستیابی کے مطابق ہوگا۔
اگر مستقبل میں کوئی تھرڈ پارٹی پیمنٹ گیٹ وے استعمال کیا جائے تو ادائیگی کی پروسیسنگ اس فراہم کنندہ کی اپنی شرائط اور پرائیویسی پالیسی کے تحت بھی ہو سکتی ہے۔
9۔ ڈیلیوری اور متوقع وقت
ہم آرڈر کو دستیاب حالات کے مطابق مناسب وقت میں ڈسپیچ کرنے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں۔ تاہم، ویب سائٹ پر دی گئی ڈیلیوری کی مدت عام طور پر متوقع وقت ہوتی ہے، حتمی یا گارنٹی شدہ وقت نہیں۔
ڈیلیوری کا وقت منزل کے فاصلے، شہر یا علاقے کی نوعیت، کورئیر ہب سے قربت، سڑک اور ٹرانسپورٹ کی صورتحال اور کورئیر کے آپریشن پر منحصر ہوتا ہے۔
- بڑے شہروں اور مرکزی علاقوں میں عام طور پر ڈسپیچ کے بعد تقریباً 1–2 ورکنگ دن لگ سکتے ہیں۔
- چھوٹے شہروں اور قصبوں میں عام طور پر تقریباً 2–3 ورکنگ دن لگ سکتے ہیں۔
- دور دراز دیہی علاقوں، دیہات، پہاڑی علاقوں یا کورئیر ہب سے دور مقامات پر تقریباً 3–5 ورکنگ دن یا اس سے زیادہ لگ سکتے ہیں۔
یہ اوقات عمومی اندازے ہیں اور ان کی کوئی مکمل ضمانت نہیں۔ بعض علاقوں میں اضافی لوکل ٹرانسپورٹ یا دوسرے ڈیلیوری نیٹ ورک کے ذریعے آخری مرحلے کی ترسیل کی وجہ سے مزید وقت لگ سکتا ہے۔
10۔ کورئیر اور ڈیلیوری کی مشکلات
اسلامی کاسل مختلف آرڈرز اور مقامات کے لیے مختلف کوریئر، کارگو یا ڈیلیوری سروسز استعمال کر سکتا ہے، جن میں Leopard Courier، TCS، Faisal Movers Cargo، DHL یا مستقبل میں کوئی دوسری مناسب سروس شامل ہو سکتی ہے۔
کوریئر کے ذریعے ڈیلیوری کے دوران درج ذیل حالات پیدا ہو سکتے ہیں:
- کسٹمر کا دستیاب نہ ہونا
- فون بند یا ناقابل رسائی ہونا
- غلط، نامکمل یا مشکل پتہ
- کوریئر کی طرف سے Undeliverable یا Return to Origin درج کرنا
- کسی علاقے میں کوریئر سروس محدود ہونا
- کوریئر کے آپریشنل مسائل یا تاخیر
- روٹ یا ٹرانسپورٹ کی تبدیلی
- لوکل ڈیلیوری نیٹ ورک میں منتقلی
- سڑک یا پل کی بندش
- دیگر حالات جن پر اسلامی کاسل کا براہ راست کنٹرول نہیں ہوتا
بعض اوقات کوریئر ریکارڈ میں کسی پارسل کو Undeliverable، Customer Unavailable، Refused، Wrong Address یا اسی نوعیت کی وجہ سے واپس کیا جا سکتا ہے۔ ایسی صورت میں اسلامی کاسل کوریئر کے دستیاب ریکارڈ اور معلومات کی بنیاد پر کارروائی کر سکتا ہے۔
11۔ واپس آنے والے پارسل اور دوبارہ ڈیلیوری
اگر کسی وجہ سے پارسل کسٹمر تک نہ پہنچ سکے اور کوریئر اسے اسلامی کاسل کو واپس بھیج دے تو واپس آنے میں عموماً 2–3 ہفتے یا اس سے زیادہ وقت لگ سکتا ہے۔
ایسی صورت میں دوبارہ ڈیلیوری عام طور پر اس وقت زیر غور آئے گی جب پارسل محفوظ حالت میں اسلامی کاسل کو واپس موصول ہو جائے اور اس کی جانچ مکمل ہو جائے۔
دوبارہ ڈیلیوری کے لیے اضافی شپنگ یا ڈیلیوری اخراجات ہو سکتے ہیں، خاص طور پر جب پہلی ڈیلیوری کسٹمر کی عدم دستیابی، غلط پتہ، فون کی عدم دستیابی، پارسل وصول نہ کرنے یا کسی دوسرے کسٹمر سے متعلق سبب کی وجہ سے ناکام ہوئی ہو۔
12۔ آرڈر ڈسپیچ ہونے کے بعد منسوخی اور واپسی
ایک مرتبہ آرڈر ڈسپیچ ہونے کے بعد عام طور پر اسے صرف اس وجہ سے واپس یا منسوخ نہیں کیا جا سکتا کہ کسٹمر نے اپنا ارادہ بدل لیا، پروڈکٹ پسند نہیں آئی، غلط آپشن منتخب کیا، رنگ/سائز یا ذاتی پسند مختلف نکلی، یا اب پروڈکٹ کی ضرورت نہیں رہی۔
اسلامی کاسل عام طور پر صرف کسٹمر کے "change of mind" کی بنیاد پر ریٹرن قبول نہیں کرتا۔
اگر کسی صورت میں پروڈکٹ ویب سائٹ پر بیان کردہ اصل خصوصیات سے واضح اور قابلِ ذکر طور پر مختلف ہو اور معاملہ اسلامی کاسل کی غلطی سے متعلق ہو تو کسٹمر ہم سے رابطہ کر سکتا ہے تاکہ کیس کا جائزہ لیا جا سکے۔
13۔ کورئیر کے دوران ظاہری تبدیلی یا معمولی نقصان
کچھ مصنوعات، خصوصاً امامہ/عمامہ، کپڑے، تہہ شدہ یا ہاتھ سے تیار اشیاء، کورئیر ہینڈلنگ کے دوران اپنی ابتدائی شکل، ترتیب، فولڈ، ریپنگ یا پریزنٹیشن میں معمولی تبدیلی کا شکار ہو سکتی ہیں۔
مثلاً اگر امامہ احتیاط سے تیار اور پیک کیا گیا ہو لیکن کورئیر کی ہینڈلنگ کے دوران اس کی لپیٹ قدرے ڈھیلی یا جزوی طور پر کھل جائے تو یہ لازماً مصنوعات کی خرابی یا ویب سائٹ کی تفصیل سے مختلف ہونے کا ثبوت نہیں ہوگا۔
ہم مناسب پیکنگ اور احتیاط کے ذریعے ایسی صورتحال کو کم کرنے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں، لیکن کورئیر کے دوران ہونے والی ہر ممکنہ تبدیلی پر ہمارا براہ راست کنٹرول نہیں ہوتا۔
اگر کسی شپمنٹ کو کورئیر ہینڈلنگ کے دوران نقصان پہنچے تو اسلامی کاسل کیس کی نوعیت اور حالات کا جائزہ لے سکتا ہے۔ ضرورت اور مناسب صورت میں ہم اپنی صوابدید پر رعایتی قیمت، ڈسکاؤنٹ، پروموشنل فائدہ، مفت اضافی چیز یا کوئی دوسرا مناسب goodwill حل پیش کر سکتے ہیں۔ ایسا حل ہر کیس میں لازمی حق یا مستقل پالیسی نہیں سمجھا جائے گا۔
14۔ کسٹم میڈ، پرسنلائزڈ اور خصوصی تیار کردہ مصنوعات
کسٹم میڈ، ناپ کے مطابق تیار کردہ، ذاتی نوعیت کی، خصوصی طور پر تیار کردہ، engraved، personalized یا کسٹمر کی مخصوص ہدایات کے مطابق بنائی جانے والی مصنوعات عام طور پر ریٹرن یا ریفنڈ کے لیے اہل نہیں ہوں گی۔
اگر کسٹمر نے غلط پیمائش، غلط رنگ، غلط سائز، غلط آپشن یا غلط ذاتی معلومات فراہم کی ہوں تو اس بنیاد پر پروڈکٹ کی واپسی یا ریفنڈ کی ذمہ داری اسلامی کاسل پر نہیں ہوگی۔
اگر اسلامی کاسل کی اپنی تیاری کی غلطی کی وجہ سے کسٹمر کی منظور شدہ تفصیلات کے برخلاف کوئی مصنوعات تیار ہو تو کیس کا جائزہ لے کر مناسب حل تلاش کیا جا سکتا ہے۔
15۔ خاص تیاری کے وقت والی مصنوعات
بعض مصنوعات، مثلاً خصوصی سلور رِنگ، کسٹم کپڑے، ناپ کے مطابق لباس یا دوسری تیار شدہ مصنوعات، عام مصنوعات کے مقابلے میں زیادہ وقت لے سکتی ہیں۔
رمضان، عید، حج، عمرہ، موسمی رش، سپلائی کی کمی یا دیگر مصروف اوقات میں تیاری اور ڈیلیوری کے وقت میں اضافہ ہو سکتا ہے۔
16۔ ریفنڈ
اگر اسلامی کاسل کسی ایسی صورت میں کسٹمر سے رقم وصول کر لے جس کے بعد ہم کسی جائز وجہ سے مطلوبہ آرڈر یا درخواست مکمل نہ کر سکیں تو مناسب صورت میں رقم واپس کی جا سکتی ہے۔
ریفنڈ کی صورت اور طریقہ ادائیگی کی اصل صورت، دستیاب مالی طریقہ اور باہمی طور پر مناسب انتظام کے مطابق ہو سکتا ہے، مثلاً بینک ٹرانسفر، Easypaisa، JazzCash یا کوئی دوسرا مناسب طریقہ۔
ریفنڈ کی کارروائی میں متعلقہ بینک، مالیاتی ادارے یا ادائیگی کے نظام کے باعث اضافی وقت لگ سکتا ہے۔
17۔ قدرتی آفات، موسمی حالات اور ماحولیاتی تبدیلی
اسلامی کاسل ایسے حالات کے لیے ذمہ دار نہیں ہوگا جو ہمارے مناسب کنٹرول سے باہر ہوں اور جن کی وجہ سے آرڈر کی تیاری، ڈسپیچ، ٹرانسپورٹ یا ڈیلیوری میں تاخیر، عارضی تعطل یا عدم تکمیل پیدا ہو۔
ان حالات میں، مثال کے طور پر، درج ذیل شامل ہو سکتے ہیں، لیکن فہرست محدود نہیں:
- شدید یا مسلسل بارش
- فلیش فلڈ یا اچانک سیلاب
- Cloudburst / بادل پھٹنے کے واقعات
- دریاؤں یا ندی نالوں میں طغیانی
- لینڈ سلائیڈنگ اور مٹی کے تودے
- زلزلہ اور آفٹر شاکس
- شدید برف باری
- برفانی تودے یا Avalanche
- شدید سردی یا غیر معمولی درجہ حرارت
- آندھی، طوفان اور تیز ہوائیں
- بجلی گرنے یا شدید موسمی واقعات
- جنگلات کی آگ
- شدید دھند یا Smog
- شدید فضائی آلودگی
- دیگر قدرتی یا ماحولیاتی آفات
- آب و ہوا میں تبدیلی سے متعلق غیر معمولی موسمی واقعات
18۔ جنگ، دہشت گردی، سیکیورٹی اور علاقائی تنازعات
ڈیلیوری ایسے حالات سے بھی متاثر ہو سکتی ہے جو سیکیورٹی، امن و امان یا علاقائی حالات سے متعلق ہوں۔ ان میں جنگ، مسلح تنازع، دہشت گردی کے واقعات، انسدادِ دہشت گردی کی کارروائیاں، فوجی یا سیکیورٹی آپریشنز، سرحدی کشیدگی، احتجاج، ہڑتال، فسادات، کرفیو، روڈ بلاک، چیک پوسٹ، حکومتی پابندیاں یا نقل و حرکت کی محدودیت شامل ہو سکتی ہے۔
پاکستان کے دور دراز، قبائلی، سرحدی، پہاڑی یا مشکل رسائی والے علاقوں میں بعض اوقات سیکیورٹی یا رسائی کی صورتحال کے باعث کوریئر سروس دستیاب نہ ہو سکتی ہے یا عارضی طور پر معطل ہو سکتی ہے۔
اسی طرح کسی بھی بین الاقوامی آرڈر میں متعلقہ ملک، خطے یا ٹرانزٹ روٹ میں جنگ، علاقائی تنازع، سرحدی بندش، سیکیورٹی پابندی، فضائی یا زمینی راستے کی بندش یا دیگر غیر معمولی حالات ڈیلیوری کو متاثر کر سکتے ہیں۔
19۔ جغرافیائی اور دور دراز علاقوں کی رسائی
پاکستان میں بڑے شہروں کے علاوہ دور دراز دیہی علاقوں، دیہات، پہاڑی اور سرحدی علاقوں میں ڈیلیوری کا وقت اور دستیابی مختلف ہو سکتی ہے۔ ہمالیہ، ہندوکش، قراقرم اور دیگر پہاڑی سلسلوں یا مشکل جغرافیائی علاقوں میں موسم، سڑک، فاصلے اور رسائی کی صورتحال ڈیلیوری پر اثر انداز ہو سکتی ہے۔
کسی مخصوص علاقے میں کوریئر سروس دستیاب نہ ہونے، عارضی طور پر بند ہونے یا منزل تک محفوظ رسائی ممکن نہ ہونے کی صورت میں آرڈر کی ڈیلیوری میں تاخیر، معطلی یا واپسی ہو سکتی ہے۔
20۔ Force Majeure / غیر معمولی حالات
اگر کوئی ایسا واقعہ پیش آئے جو اسلامی کاسل کے مناسب کنٹرول سے باہر ہو اور اس کے نتیجے میں ہماری ذمہ داریوں کی تکمیل میں تاخیر یا رکاوٹ پیدا ہو تو اس مدت کے دوران متعلقہ ذمہ داریوں کی تکمیل مؤخر ہو سکتی ہے۔
اس میں قدرتی آفات، وبائی یا صحت عامہ کی ہنگامی صورتحال، جنگ، دہشت گردی، فسادات، حکومتی پابندیاں، ہڑتال، بجلی یا انٹرنیٹ کی بڑی خرابی، سپلائی چین میں خلل، کوریئر بندش، روڈ بلاک، سرحدی بندش، سیکیورٹی خطرات، شدید موسمی حالات اور اسی نوعیت کے دیگر حالات شامل ہو سکتے ہیں۔
ہم ایسے حالات میں دستیاب معلومات کے مطابق مناسب اقدامات اور کسٹمر کو ممکنہ حد تک ضروری معلومات فراہم کرنے کی کوشش کریں گے۔
21۔ دانشورانہ ملکیت اور ویب سائٹ کا مواد
اسلامی کاسل کی ویب سائٹ پر موجود متن، تصاویر، گرافکس، لوگو، ڈیزائن، کیٹلاگ، مصنوعات کی معلومات اور دیگر مواد، جہاں قابل اطلاق ہو، اسلامی کاسل یا متعلقہ حقوق رکھنے والوں کی ملکیت یا استعمال کے حقوق کے تحت ہو سکتا ہے۔
بغیر اجازت ہماری ویب سائٹ کے مواد کو تجارتی مقصد کے لیے کاپی، دوبارہ شائع، تبدیل یا استعمال نہیں کیا جا سکتا، سوائے ان صورتوں کے جہاں قانون اس کی اجازت دیتا ہو۔
22۔ AI اور خودکار ٹیکنالوجی سے متعلق مواد

25۔ آرڈر یا سروس منسوخ کرنے کا حق
اسلامی کاسل کو کسی آرڈر کو منسوخ یا مکمل نہ کرنے کا حق حاصل ہے اگر:
- پروڈکٹ دستیاب نہ ہو۔
- آرڈر کی معلومات نامکمل یا غلط ہوں۔
- کسٹمر سے تصدیق ممکن نہ ہو۔
- مشکوک، جعلی یا فراڈ پر مبنی سرگرمی کا شبہ ہو۔
- ڈیلیوری ممکن یا محفوظ نہ ہو۔
- کسی غیر معمولی یا Force Majeure صورتحال کے باعث آرڈر مکمل کرنا ممکن نہ ہو۔
- قیمت، اسٹاک یا ویب سائٹ میں واضح تکنیکی یا انسانی غلطی ہو۔
- کسی اور جائز کاروباری یا عملی وجہ سے آرڈر مکمل کرنا ممکن نہ ہو۔
اگر کسی ایسے آرڈر کے لیے رقم پہلے ہی وصول ہو چکی ہو جسے اسلامی کاسل اپنی طرف سے مکمل نہیں کر سکتا، تو مناسب صورت میں موصول شدہ رقم واپس کی جا سکتی ہے۔
26۔ ذمہ داری کی حدود
ہم اپنی ویب سائٹ، آرڈر پروسیسنگ اور ڈیلیوری کو مناسب طریقے سے چلانے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں، لیکن کسی بھی ویب سائٹ، انٹرنیٹ، کوریئر یا ٹرانسپورٹ سروس کی مسلسل، مکمل اور بلا تعطل دستیابی کی ضمانت نہیں دی جا سکتی۔
جہاں کسی نقصان، تاخیر یا عدم تکمیل کی وجہ براہ راست اسلامی کاسل کے مناسب کنٹرول سے باہر ہو، وہاں ہماری ذمہ داری قابل اطلاق قانون کی حدود کے مطابق ہوگی۔

نئی شرائط اس صفحے پر شائع ہونے کے بعد مستقبل کے آرڈرز اور ویب سائٹ کے استعمال پر لاگو ہوں گی۔ کسی ایسے آرڈر پر جسے پہلے ہی حتمی طور پر قبول کیا جا چکا ہو، بعد میں کی گئی تبدیلیاں عموماً اثر انداز نہیں ہوں گی، سوائے جہاں قانون یا حالات اس کا تقاضا کریں۔
28۔ قابل اطلاق قانون اور دائرۂ اختیار
یہ شرائط پاکستان میں اسلامی کاسل کی جانب سے فراہم کردہ ویب سائٹ اور مقامی فروخت سے متعلق معاملات پر قابل اطلاق پاکستانی قوانین کے مطابق سمجھی اور نافذ کی جائیں گی، جہاں تک قابل اطلاق قانون اجازت دیتا ہے۔
کسی تنازع کی صورت میں اسلامی کاسل اور کسٹمر پہلے باہمی رابطے اور مناسب حل کے ذریعے مسئلہ حل کرنے کی کوشش کریں گے۔ اگر معاملہ باہمی طور پر حل نہ ہو سکے تو متعلقہ قانونی فورم اور قابل اطلاق پاکستانی قانون کے تحت کارروائی کی جا سکتی ہے۔
29۔ مکمل معاہدہ اور علیحدگی
یہ شرائط، ہماری Privacy Policy اور ویب سائٹ پر موجود متعلقہ پالیسیز اور پروڈکٹ سے متعلق مخصوص معلومات، جہاں قابل اطلاق ہوں، آپ اور اسلامی کاسل کے درمیان آن لائن خریداری سے متعلق بنیادی شرائط تشکیل دیتی ہیں۔

Islamic Castle ("Islamic Castle", "we", "us" or "our") is an online retail business operating in Pakistan. By using islamiccastle.com.pk, creating a customer account, or placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. These terms apply to products offered through our website and cover orders, payments, delivery, customer accounts, returns, refunds and related matters.
1. Definitions
In these Terms:
- "Islamic Castle", "we", "us" or "our" means Islamic Castle.
- "Customer", "you" or "your" means a person using our website or purchasing our products.

3. Customer Accounts and Guest Orders
You may create a customer account or, where available, place an order as a guest. An account may require basic information such as your name, email address, contact number and password.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and password secure. You should inform us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
We may introduce login or authentication through third-party services such as Apple, Google/Android, Facebook or other recognized providers in the future. Where used, the relevant provider's own terms and privacy policy may also apply.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product images, descriptions, sizes, colors, materials, quantities and other information accurate. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly because of photography, lighting, screens, browsers or device settings.
Handmade, natural, antique, traditional, textile, wooden, stone, pearl, silver and other natural or handcrafted products may have minor variations in texture, color, markings, shape, finish or appearance. Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a defect or an incorrect product.
Product images may sometimes be representative of the style or appearance of an item. The actual product may have minor visual differences.
5. Prices, Stock and Availability
Prices displayed on the website may change from time to time. A price change will generally not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where the displayed price resulted from an obvious technical or human error.
Product availability depends on stock, supply, preparation, size, color and other factors. The appearance of a product on the website does not guarantee that it will always be available.
If we discover after receiving an order that a product is unavailable or cannot reasonably be supplied, we may contact you and, where appropriate, cancel the order and return any amount already received.
6. Ordering and Order Confirmation
Submitting an order through the website is a request to purchase the selected products. After receiving an order, Islamic Castle may verify the order, customer information and product availability.
We may contact you by telephone, WhatsApp or email to confirm an order. If reasonable attempts to contact you are unsuccessful, the order cannot be confirmed, information appears incomplete or suspicious, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled, Islamic Castle may cancel the order.
Receiving an order acknowledgement, confirmation, tracking number or automated notification does not necessarily guarantee that an order can be completed in every circumstance. Final fulfillment remains subject to availability, verification and practical circumstances.
After dispatch, we may provide the customer with a tracking number and relevant order-status information.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders within Pakistan. COD availability may vary according to destination, order and courier service.
Customers using COD should be ready to pay the applicable amount when the parcel is delivered.
Deliberately refusing an order, providing an incorrect telephone number or address, repeatedly placing orders without accepting them, or unnecessarily causing COD parcels to be returned can create additional costs and losses for Islamic Castle.
In such circumstances, Islamic Castle may restrict future COD orders, disable COD availability for a customer, or require advance payment for future orders.
8. Future Payment Methods
Islamic Castle may introduce credit/debit card payments, online banking, mobile wallets or other payment methods in the future. Each payment method will be subject to its availability and the applicable terms of the relevant payment provider.
Where a third-party payment gateway is used in the future, payment processing may also be governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy.
9. Delivery and Estimated Delivery Times
We make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within an appropriate timeframe. Delivery periods displayed on the website are generally estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed delivery deadlines.
Delivery time depends on the destination, distance, type of area, proximity to a courier hub, road and transportation conditions and courier operations.
- Major cities and central urban areas may normally take approximately 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- Smaller cities and towns may normally take approximately 2–3 working days.
- Remote rural areas, villages, mountainous locations or destinations far from courier hubs may take approximately 3–5 working days or longer.
These are general estimates and are not guaranteed. Some destinations may require additional transportation or a local delivery network for the final part of the journey, which may increase delivery time.
10. Courier and Delivery Difficulties
Depending on the order and destination, Islamic Castle may use different courier, cargo or delivery services, including Leopard Courier, TCS, Faisal Movers Cargo, DHL or other suitable providers in the future.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances including:
- Customer not being available
- Telephone being switched off or unreachable
- Incorrect, incomplete or difficult-to-locate address
- A courier marking a shipment as undeliverable or returning it to origin
- Limited courier coverage in a particular area
- Courier operational problems or delays
- Changes in transportation routes
- Transfer to a local delivery network
- Road or bridge closures
- Other circumstances outside Islamic Castle's direct control
A courier may return a shipment with a status such as Undeliverable, Customer Unavailable, Refused, Wrong Address or a similar status. Islamic Castle may rely on available courier records and information when dealing with such shipments.
11. Returned Parcels and Re-delivery
If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to Islamic Castle, it may normally take approximately 2–3 weeks or longer to reach us.
Where a parcel is returned, re-delivery will generally be considered after the parcel has safely returned to Islamic Castle and has been checked.
Additional shipping or delivery charges may apply to re-delivery, particularly where the first delivery failed because of customer unavailability, an incorrect address, an unreachable telephone number, refusal to accept the parcel or another customer-related reason.
12. Cancellation and Returns After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it generally cannot be cancelled or returned merely because the customer has changed their mind, no longer wants the product, selected the wrong option, or has a personal preference different from the actual product description.
Islamic Castle does not generally accept returns solely because of a customer's change of mind.
If a product is materially and clearly different from the actual product description published on the website due to an error attributable to Islamic Castle, the customer may contact us so that the matter can be reviewed.
13. Appearance Changes or Damage During Courier Handling
Certain products, particularly Imama/turban products, textiles, folded items and handcrafted products, may experience minor changes in their original arrangement, folding, wrapping or presentation during courier handling.
For example, if an Imama/turban is carefully prepared and packaged but becomes slightly loose or partially opens during courier handling, this does not necessarily mean that the product is defective or materially different from its website description.
We make reasonable efforts to package products appropriately and reduce such situations, but we cannot directly control every aspect of courier handling.
If a shipment appears to have been damaged during courier handling, Islamic Castle may review the circumstances. Where appropriate, we may, at our discretion, offer a discount, promotional benefit, free additional item or another goodwill solution. Such a solution is discretionary and does not constitute a guaranteed right or permanent return policy.
14. Custom-Made, Personalized and Specially Prepared Products
Custom-made, measurement-based, personalized, specially prepared, engraved or otherwise individually produced products are generally not eligible for return or refund.
If a customer provides incorrect measurements, color, size, option or personal information, Islamic Castle is not responsible for return or refund on that basis.
If Islamic Castle makes a preparation error resulting in a product being materially inconsistent with the customer's approved specifications, the matter may be reviewed and an appropriate solution considered.
15. Products Requiring Additional Preparation Time
Certain products, including specially prepared silver rings, custom clothing, measurement-based garments and other made-to-order products, may require more preparation time than standard stocked products.
Preparation and delivery may take longer during Ramadan, Eid, Hajj, Umrah seasons, peak shopping periods, supply shortages or other periods of unusually high demand.
16. Refunds
If Islamic Castle receives payment from a customer but subsequently cannot fulfill the customer's request for a legitimate reason attributable to Islamic Castle, the amount received may be refunded where appropriate.
A refund may be made using a reasonable available method depending on the original payment arrangement and circumstances, such as bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash or another suitable method.
Refund processing may take additional time because of banks, financial institutions or payment systems.
17. Natural Disasters, Weather and Climate-Related Events
Islamic Castle is not responsible for delays, temporary suspension or inability to complete an order where circumstances outside our reasonable control affect order preparation, dispatch, transportation or delivery.
Such circumstances may include, without limitation:
- Heavy or continuous rainfall
- Flash floods
- Cloudbursts
- River or stream flooding
- Landslides and mudslides
- Earthquakes and aftershocks
- Heavy snowfall
- Avalanches
- Extreme cold or unusual temperatures
- Storms and high winds
- Lightning and severe weather events
- Wildfires
- Severe fog or smog
- Severe air pollution
- Other natural or environmental disasters
- Unusual climate-related weather events
18. War, Terrorism, Security and Regional Conflicts
Delivery may also be affected by circumstances involving security, public order or regional conditions. These may include war, armed conflict, terrorism, counter-terrorism operations, military or security operations, border tensions, protests, strikes, riots, curfews, roadblocks, checkpoints, government restrictions or movement restrictions.
In remote, tribal, border, mountainous or difficult-to-access areas of Pakistan, courier availability may sometimes be limited or temporarily suspended because of security or access conditions.
For international orders, war, regional conflict, border closures, security restrictions, closure of air or land routes, or other exceptional circumstances in the destination country, region or transit route may also affect delivery.
19. Geographic Accessibility and Remote Areas
Delivery times and availability can vary significantly between major cities and remote rural, village, mountainous or border areas in Pakistan. In regions associated with the Himalayas, Hindu Kush, Karakoram and other mountainous terrain, weather, roads, distance and accessibility may significantly affect delivery.
If a courier cannot service a particular destination, temporarily suspends service, or cannot safely access the destination, an order may be delayed, suspended or returned.
20. Force Majeure / Exceptional Circumstances
If an event outside Islamic Castle's reasonable control causes a delay or prevents us from performing an obligation, the affected obligation may be postponed for the duration of the relevant circumstances.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, public-health emergencies, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, strikes, major electricity or internet failures, supply-chain disruption, courier closures, roadblocks, border closures, security risks, severe weather and similar events beyond our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to take appropriate steps and provide customers with relevant information where practical during such circumstances.
21. Intellectual Property and Website Content
Text, images, graphics, logos, designs, catalogues, product information and other content displayed on the Islamic Castle website may be owned by Islamic Castle or used under applicable rights.
You may not copy, reproduce, commercially republish, modify or use our website content without permission except where permitted by law.
22. AI and Automated Technology
